About the Role:

Vista Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Whether you’re an experienced OT or a new graduate, we welcome your application!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care: Work with elderly clients and individuals living with disabilities in their homes, providing client-centered interventions.
  • Assessments & Reports: Conduct comprehensive client assessments using standardized tools and clinical observation. Prepare reports using provided templates.
  • Goal Setting & Intervention: Formulate intervention goals tailored to each client, ensuring they reach their individual potential. Recommend equipment and support services as required.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing learning and development, applying your clinical reasoning across various conditions and clinical situations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate client care.
